Company Policy

 

Scheduling: Kindly provide 24 to 48 hours’ notice when booking your appointment to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as appointments are often scheduled back-to-back. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete a required health intake form prior to the massage.

Cancellations: Out of respect for the therapist’s time and business, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Repeat cancellations may require full prepayment to secure future bookings.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged the full session rate. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash or card.

Sickness Policy:
If you are feeling unwell, especially with symptoms of cold, flu, or contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Your health and mine are both important.

Confidentiality:
All personal and health information shared is kept strictly confidential and used solely for providing the best care possible.

Minors:
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written consent.

Professional Standards:
This is a professional and ethical practice. Any inappropriate, unsolicited, or sexually suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Future appointments will not be accepted.
